CT 1/8th GT racers and places to race

Is there any where in Connecticut that races 8th scale GT cars? Any racers that live in Ct.? I just bought a Ofna X3 GT and want to get into on road racing. I still have a while before I can go out and race. I just underwent heart transplant surgery. I have been feeling excellent...better and better each and every day:nod:!!!! Im doing pretty good for a 45yr. old guy. Im really looking forward to racing this car,the 8th GT class looks to be a great time.:D

Would you travel to Port Jervis, NY? they have a great track there.

There is also a track in Brooklyn N.Y. at Floyd Bennett Field that you can run on , however I think races are no longer held there. I think R/C Maddness in Enfield, CT. runs some outdoor onroad racing but I believe it"s a smaller track , more for electric that nitro racing. So right now the "only game in town" is Port Jervis N.Y. .

They have a thread in the racing forum with all the info you need . I don't know how to add link , but it's usually on the first page as there's been a lot of racing going on over there .
