Take the shocks off, put a straight edge vertically against your wheels and play with the chassis to move travel position in your arms, you'll see what they do. Change the arm length position inner/outer, starting angle upper/lower and think of them moving in circles.

Thanks. Which battery would that be?

If you know a LiFe battery pack from Hobbyking that fits it would be great.

Thanks!

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...ver_Pack_.html

With this pack I had to notch the battery holder because of the position of the wires. Once I got the wires away from the middle shaft pulley . It was perfect

Great! That's the one I had in mind. I use those packs on my MBX7. Do you know if there are any other batteries from other brands that would fit without modifications?

Best!

Thumbs up Rx battery

I've been using these for while and they seem good.

The lrp one look nice, if I could get them at the right price I'd probably try them.

I have not ever tried to balanced the car left to right.

I don't know how the balance works out.

I use this battery:

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...Lipo_Pack.html

It's only 950 mah but lasts around 50-60 minutes with a set of Sanwa SRG BLSV2 servo's on high response mode. It's important to set the end points right, otherwise the servos will draw a lot more current.

Because the exhaust side of the car is already heavy compared to the servo side with low-pro servos I wanted to use a light battery.
It's also pretty thin which allows the battery tray to be lowered by 2,5mm.

With the somewhat heavy Hipex low noise exhaust I use I have to add 50 grams to the right side to balance the car.
With a normal exhaust I think it will balance out almost perfectly.
