They are a little varied Pete.
Not many follow ROAR mainly cause they are unworkable as they stand. Just a start.... I figure they will get better as this year progresses.
Some, mainly down south, follow the IGT8F rules.
Mostly its all open engine up to .28 on or off-road. Some do insist on a $ limit eg:$300) Prity much all insist on Ins Boxes.....
Weight 3500g (Heart of America seams the exception there with a 3200g limit...)
Short or long wheel base .... (Again some run a sportsman class only allowing the long wheelbase option but most are open...)
I would like to say ALL allow 150cc tank capacity. There may still be the odd sportsman class that permits only 125cc.

I think its still a question of looking up the individual race rules as you enter Pete to make sure.
Although, like I said, most seam to run open.
I think if you run a good five port, your ready for any race.

Do you think the Byrons will insist on following ROAR guidelines for GT this year Pete?

Regards
BM

I think that must be a typo, should be 3500g. I'll get it corrected.

Success ran well, learned a lot about the car, will do nothing but get better. Already tore it down to the bare chassis all is wearing well. Was a cold day high was 57 mainly cloudy till the main. Traction was medium.

Big thanks to Tekno, and Marcus for the two speed tips and spurs.

Results are attached.

Lap times look pretty good for her maiden voyage, especially those top 20 laps, pretty darn close to the old golden boy’s; you should be happy Pete, congrats.

I was in the pit room, I kept hearing a horn??? I went out to see what all the comotion was, I seen Lyday messing with ya, when he came up to lap ya he started using the old semi horn tactic, H O N K... H O N K !!!! I guess if Mikey is the "golden boy," he was giving you the "gold horn!" Ha!! Can't wait for the Byron's Race, all kidding aside, this class will be fun to watch!!

I missed that part. No horn needed, if he can get near me, I move over.
