Default Removing a stuck thrust bearing from the clutch bell

Got my replacement parts this morning. I'm having a huge problem. My thrust bearing inside the clutch bell is stuck and i can't get them out. I can see the small bearings, but as far as removing that bell it's not. Any ideas on how I could get this bearing out, without tearing up the clutch bell? Thanks in advance.
