Default DM-1 vs GTP Drag racer?

Looking at building a drag race only GT car. Narrowed it down to Ofna DM-1 or Ofna GTP. Which one and WHY. The cost difference between them is not a factor.

i would think gtp being there is more chassis to add weights for balance if ness and there are some dirt oval pieces that might be beneficial for the application

I'm on the same gtp boat. The more options the better as gearing will be key. May consider looking electric too. Even though it kills me to even consider electric over nitro its drag racing. My favorite car for drag is my 747, just flat out kills it but then I can slam a sweeper at the end of my run too haha.

Something that might be helpful would be a longer wheel base, which is not as productive road racing. GTP slightly shorter than the DM-1 Spec, but the DM-One is 380mm. Only the chassis and drive shafts are different. So maybe something to play with.

This should be interesting. How long has the GTP gone basically unchanged?

GTP hands down, considering that ive owned every onroad buggy based car that's out there...Gtp has way more accessable parts considering the lx and mbx buggies are all based on pretty much the same chassis.
