I have a tg10 with a hpi .12 star engine,
Do I need to buy a new pinion and spur to change it back to one speed,
As I have fried the 2 speed.
Don't know which one I meant to look for.

Seems logical just to replace what is broken.. Not sure why you would wanna go back to single speed.. Buying a new single tranny setup(if available) and new clutchbell may end up costing you more money that just replacing the 2 speed tranny itself, unless u have single speed clutchbells laying around..
