Looking to try to make this race. Plane tickets are cheap from Orlando to LAX, what is a good hotel to stay in near the track? And is the track open before the 7th for practice?

doubletree in carson is about six miles away is a little nicer hotel in that area

Track will only be open on the 7th from about 8am-1pm. Then we will run 1 round. After 1 round of qualifying there should be enough time to keep the track open for more practice.

Will there be tables and chairs setup for the out of town guys? or everyone needs to bring their canopies/tables/chairs? Never been there so just wondering what kind of set up you guys have.
