I got an old 950R I bought on here a few years ago. I'm looking to convert to brushless. Will the 960 conversion work?

I see no problem, 950, 960 and 966 share the same gearbox.

yes it will .... u might have to take a iron to flaten the sides to drop it

talking about the access plastic join together where the top and bottom of the ironed not the tank itself

i just acquired an old 960, i'm pretty sure it's the first run (that would be an 07 correct?). what do i need to convert it to be able to use the new wheels, i can't find old ones anywhere

you want to convert it to 960 08 or 966?
Do youk now If your weels are os1 or os2. 960 08 comes with os2
there is also a conversion kit from 960 to 966
