It will fit but off road engines have more torqe than on-road engines your better off getting an on road engine if you can you won't be dissapointed

Very nice indeed. Without a doubt the best equipped 1/8th on-road car out there. A friend had been asking me to come over to the M3 but having read a lot about it, sticking with the 960 is definitely the better choice for me. I'm not saying the M3 sucks, I'm sure it's a capable car. I just can't see any advantage in it over the 960.

Yes, I know the Evolva won the last 3 World Championships but it's the same guy who wins over and over. Some say a winning car is 50 percent driver 50 percent driver. With Collari I wonder if it isn't 60-70 percent driver? The guy has won 8 times! I bet if he drove for Lego car he'd win

Can't wait for the 960 '08 kit to go on sale.

When it comes down to a Kyosho and a Serpent it comes down to parts quality, hands down the Serpent parts are of better quality. And Serpent factory drivers are always willing to help out.

I find Serpent documentation better than most (personally I'd say X-Ray is the best) and the latest versions are better than before. Kyosho is okay. Mugen definitely needs work. Serpent's inclusion of the setup guide is brilliant. When I ran the MRX I found a lot of fellow MRX drivers waited around for the top MRX racer to figure something out then we'd copy it. Not much is explained in the manual. When I ran Kyosho off-road a few years back I don't recall anything in the manual that explained settings. I don't believe the Evolva has a setup guide either but I could be wrong. With the 960 I read the setup guide and try what it suggested. Of course I still get suggestions from other, better drivers but at least with the Serpent I feel I can figure out how to dial the car in on my own.

If you say for argument's sake all 1/8ths on-roads are same in terms of parts quality, design, speed, racing ability etc I'd say the advantage still goes to the 960 because Serpent goes the extra mile to explain how each setup point works on the car.

i agree with you 100% but before the 07 & 08 cars you had to buy alot of upgrades unlike mugen & kyosho.
