I think you are confusing the light blue with the dark blue.
Here you go. Right from the Mugen Site. http://www.mugenseiki.com/springset-e.htm
At the Bottom it shows the Spring in order from softest to hardest

Light Blue
Dark Blue

We were using 40R/37F and the dark blue (Prospec) springs last weekend and I thought the car looked rather bouncy. As soon as we changed to 37R/35F that "bounciness" went away and the car was lots better. I was puzzled.
I'm just contemplating your hard tyre / soft spring set-up as compared to our soft tyre and harder spring one. Go figure.
The track does have those sections of corrugations which will make the car bounce, and they are at some on power sections so being able to put the power down in these sections can really help.
Perhaps the harder tyres were acting as a stiffer undamped shock absorber?

As i think weve discussed before, i like to run a grade harder on the front than the back, when i go to the same all round the car seems too loose. (too much front grip) Perhaps try reversing your front and rear tyre shores eg 37R/40F.

But I have been thinking of going across for a change.

Keep an eye out for the Pink and Blue, or the Mary Kay car as some unkind soul has dubbed it.

tgt,
Try stock set up w/ 40 shore tires all around cut down to @ least 60mm and go from there. Good luck.
