NOPE! Collet normally comes with the engine. However, the only exception is when you buy the MTX-3 Kit with Engine.

We used a standard 800mah battery. I made a graphite mount for a second on-board battery. The idea was to start the race with the extra battery. Then at the halfway point, we would come into the pits, drop the extra battery and continue with the second battery under the tank. We decided against it however, as it really threw the balance of the car off. It worked out ok, we had a twelve lap lead at the halfway point, and had plenty of time to change the single reciever pack with a fresh one.

Ferrari 575 or 550 Maranello GTS. Sweet.

Corvette vs. Ferrari 550 vs. Supra GT vs. Saleen S7R vs. Lamborghini Murcielago or Gallardo? Did someone say "GT Championship?"

Default Prtoform

Protoform says they have no intention of making this into a 200mm shell, I think we should start a patition to convince them to!

I remember reading somewhere that keeping your fuel cool, especially if you race in tropical and warm countries, is good for performance. Certainly, storing your fuel in the sun is a no no ... my fuel bottle cap popped off once while waiting for my main!

Default RUBBER TIRE SETTINGS

Just bought myself a MTX3 Pro-Spec, and passed to retirement my good old Yokomo GT4.
Now I need help from my new Mugen forum friends, specially from British drivers running the rubber class.
Need some basic settings for the MTX3 on rubber tires, or a web site in England where to get settings........anybody????

Afm,
I dont understand how you guys in Europe can run Rubber tires with the Mtx-3. I had some Ellegis 26mm rubbers front and rear, and the car was very difficult to drive, changed over to foam and what a difference. BTW, why use rubber and not foam.....?
