Default Kawahara belts

From what I hear, the Kawahara low friction belts don't last too long. I think it was Motorman who tried them and 1 or 2 broke in the same day. Use the belt that is being sold by evltd here on the forums. $6.95.

Bearings.

www.rc-mushroom.com has bearings for the Novas. $18

All I have at the moment is the Mugen belts trying to fgure which way to go or what belts are the best to buy for this car.

yeh, i know what are you talking about..i was having the same problem . I took the diff out and replaced a new gasket and sealed the diff case with copper sealant. it works really good, i never had leaking problem since..
here are some things you need to pay attention, do not overtighten the diff scews and do not overfill the diff oil.

talking about pricy , ceramic bearings are over $30 a pop..
i guess i will settle for the regular rubber sealed ones..anyone knows the bearing size ( front the rear ) for the novarossi NS5 ?

I was just reading off the Serpent forum and a guy is selling the Boca's set's for way cheeper un-quote. it's on the last page might be worth looking into. theRED5 thanks for the heads up on the belts form that guy. Just e-mailed him asking just that. This site moves pretty quick and that I like. Also the guy from Shop UFO is responding back real fast with me in respects to doing 2 mazda 6 body's for me. Will be having him doing all the work for me. Wouldn't have found him if it were not for this site that I stumbled across one day.

Outside of Hudy tire truers are the Team Integys any good. I get big discounts with them and 450 for hudy is a little steep for me at the moment?

Thanks

I've also gotten them from that Evilhdts guy, too, and he is quick, secure , as well.

The Micheal guy had a deal, on 5 at a time....

Thanks again. Just bought 5 of the 9 that he had left. I'm wondering what else I can ask you guys here. So far so good. Just paid Shop ufo in full for the body's. Still trying to figure which way to go with a tire truer hate to press it on but it's the last big ticket that I still need to do.

Late,

Gav,
I'm running A ackerman and AA rear blocks, seems to work well but i'd be pushed to say there was a huge difference.

Doubt youll be backing off the steering.

Also I'm running 30k in the diff, this may give some more power on steering. (assuming you have 10K at the moment)
