if you have no shims behind the thrust bearing, (ie closest to the hex screw head) and it is still tightening up to the point that the bell doesn't spin it means that the flywheel collet is not going far enough into the flywheel. use another flywheel collet that is worn down a little and see if the flywheel is pushed in towards the engine more. IS THERE A LARGE GAP BETWEEN THE MOTOR AND FLYWHEEL??

come to mbank sunday, and i can lend you one of my collets, hopefully they fit better.

If you notice, the three bodies have different solutions to the rear window. The latest, my 2nd Mazda 6 seems to be the best- very little rear flex in rear of body.

Thanx Ed, I going to follow your direction and do it on one of my body!

Probably FiveStars? Looks like it, or the ETF one.

They are both 3mm though.

carbon fiber chassis is not for nitro cars

1) they crack instead of bend.
2) they dissipate heat poor, so the engine may overheat. I am skeptic to see that those small cut out vents can do wonders in cooling

Carbon fiber chassis is for EP

Think about this real cars have carbon fibre hood that stand up to alot of heat and nothing happens to them I believe its the import scene that does this to their cars

The problem that lies is not that it can't take the heat, it's that the material doesn't dissipate the heat as well as metal. It won't 'absorb' the heat like a metal chassis will, therefore causing the engine to overheat.

And CF hoods on import cars are used to lighten the weight of the car. Mostly just eye candy though.
