Try the new tank lid. Part No. H0864. It has extra volume built in.

mtx-3 or prospec....?

would it be better buying a prospec or a standard kit car? From my little knowledge about this car the only thing I can see up grading to would be universals front and rear.

Car would be for club races only, nothing beyond that. I currently run a Xray T1R all standard parts no oneway or additional hop ups......?

Go for the regular kit, then slowly upgrade to what you think best fit your car and most suitable to your track.

Jumping for the Prospec will leave you no room but eye candies. Afterall, you may want to upgrade your car with Square, Fivestars, etc.
