Not only were they RUDE and didn't answer any of my questions, they started to act like I was stupid or something.

Since that day, I have not spent 1 penny on any Trinity products. And I can tell you, I have spent a ton of money on RC products in the last few years.

Got to differ on this one......

I met Trinity team driver Bill Rondeau at the Edison Car club races last year in NJ...He was absolutely great....great advise, let me use his tools,etc......Met Joel Johnson also...same thing....

Called Trinity today to replace a K factory tank(for my nitro tc3) that cracked last year(in fact,I showed it to Bill last year in Englishtown)....

No problem.just send it in.......In fact,in all my dealings,Trinity has always stood behind whatever they sell......

there is no sour grapes.

he did the damage to himself and it really looks very ugly to act like this on an open website to attach another driver with false statement.

sour grapes?

Harry,

I'm glad they were cool to you, but first impressions go a long way, and mine was less than pleasant. Everyone has reasons for why they feel as they do. I know several people that DESPISE Mugen because of similar complaints, but I have had nothing but awesome dealings with Tim, Robbie, & Chris. So I guess anything can happen.

BTW: I've met Joel also, and he was absolutely the best!!!

I'll tell you what..I agree with you there...

I was talking to Robbie last year about engines on the phone....he knew who I was from this forum, and that I ran tc3 nitro's,and all the rest.....

He treated me great......As far as I'm concerned, hating a Mugen product doesn't happen because of the guys at Mugen USA..

http://shopping.rcmodel.com.hk

http://www.rcmart.com

I have ordered stuff from those two shops in the past and was very pleased with them.

My first order with RC Mushroom is currently processed, but I heard nothing but good things about them so far.

Stefan, I appreciate the loan of the nut, I've ordered one and it should be here next week.

Do you want to mail it to you, or just wait till you come down?
