okay will try it out. are you using a digital caliper? I find it hard to measure using the std caliper, too small a gap!. I aslo changed the bell gap to 0.3mm,it used to be 0.5mm.
Nuh I don't use hi-tec stuff I use a normal vernuer it is a bit tricky for the end of the clutch bell adjustment but its still doable

Bump stop, down stop, down droop, up stop etc ... too many terms for the same thing.

Let's make it easier. The screws that stop the arms from dropping down, that is your DOWN STOP for droop setting. The ones that stop the arms when it moves UPWARDS are your UP STOP.

If you run on FOAMs do not bother about the up stop. You need to set you down stop, if not the car will be hard to drive. Try the settings from the Mugen website.

I find 1 mm for front and 5 mm for back is about okay for most tracks, be it small or big, technical or with big sweeping corners. Use that as a BASE setting then move on from it as you experiment to your liking. Hope that this helps to put things in layman's terms.

Measuring the gap is not easy as it is not accurate as if your calipers are not straight then the measurement will change. What I learnt is a simpler way.

Tighten the nut till its firm then loosen 2-2.5 full rounds, try that as your base setting. This is a lot easier to set and you can use the clutch shoes as the marker for 1/8 turns. Get it? Hahahahaaa ...
