Default Thanks

Thank you Manticore ans Sbmon for the compliments. I haven't decided for sure to use the motor in the pics, maybe an RB Rody, prob 3P Turbo. I just got my flywheel back from a machinist friend. The inside millings are a touch rough, but it will have to do for now. I'll post a pic later.

Sbmon, you guys have a real nice track up there. I'll try and make it up there sometime. I'll bring my MRX3 if I haven't sold it by then.

I can see that you have that optional fuel tank cap. does it come with the kit or you got it seperately?

enneti has it and tested it few months ago. it is similar to the mugen red pad. I am currently using the red pad and like it much.

The tank lid is from a new 1/8 tank for my MRX3. In this pic you can see the tank lid as well as the K-Factory alum. ball links and 16T and 24T alum. pullies, Mugen's grey fuel line, as well as more titanium screws.

Default Novamax Motors?

Does anyone out there know who's putting out NovaMax motors? Is it another line made for it like RB or NovaMega? Or this line of motors not available in the US. I kind of like the orange-red cylinder heads.

Thanks

you need to file the pips off the fuel tank mounts on the top deck or your tank will split!!

My first Mugen lid never leaked but it had to be snapped shut, I think the springs were not striong enough, my second one is lovely, guess Mugen sussed it out.

the problem with the original lid is that it uses a retainer metal clipping ring to keep the o-ring adaptor in place and it does broken for no reason. the new lid has a screw to secure the adaptor in place instead. I think Dino has an unforgetable memory with the old tank lid on his MRX3...............

the Ti screw kits are either from Speedmind or Square. both are equal quality but you need to pay a few more bucks for square.
