I have a Novarossi T5 S1 5 port engine and just broken in.
The problem i have is i have to replace new glow plug every few tanks and i have tried all High/Low/idle needle setting but the engine still died on idle (But the engine has a lot of power and running very good. about 210 - 230 degree once i am able to run it)Whenever i let it idle more than 2 seconds. It will die right away. I found out that if i let the Glow igniter on the glow plug, it will not die at idle. But it is a new glow plug and i have been doing that for last 3 praticeS. Someone told me that i may need to try to add a 0.1 mm shim under turbo head? Anyone knows why is doing that and what is the problem.

it sounds like you need to turn the idle up on the engine, (idle screw) Should be to the left of the mid range

Usually, you should keep the glow ignitor on for a while when you first start the engine to warm up the engine. Once it's warmed...it shouldn't die right away. Doesn't appear you are running yoru engine too lean. Yea, idle up the car a little. Try different number of plug as well!

Default Plug`s

I dont know the conditions you are running under but (Rody) says run a super hot /or hot plug under almost every condition. That is for the smaller motors

Need help finding the part number for the RB X12 turbo inline pipe and manifold.

The RB web site only shows the non turbo X12 in line pipe set.

LHS will order it for me if I can confirm the part number.

Just received expensive Kawahara Negative Differential for my MTX3. Any input on the performance guys? I decided to get one after my MTX3 stock differential is not turning smooth. I don't know why? Install the o ring on the dog joint just make it worst!
