So what kind of track should the front gear diff be used instead of the front one way?

Hey do you guys play around much with the shock oil weight? Coming for a ntc3 owner....changing the front shock oil weight..especially up front makes night and day differences in handling? But for some reason I look at people's setup on the mtx-3...no one really changes the weight of the oils....

Hi Gary:

As you will go making more and more laps with your car you will know why people doesn't mess so much with the shock oils. Isn't much needed and their stock setup is about 90% fine for all the tracks (just only play with camber, toe-in/out and caster. This car really likes the blue springs, gray is rarely used and the same for purples.

I did some testing on oils, but for mine personal prefs I liked how handle with a 60 or 70wt oil for front and 60 to 80 to the rear. But looking at mine notes, 60 for front and 60 or 70 for the rear is mine preferred (stock oil - #600 is about 55wt).

Uhm. You need to use the kit supplied flywheel collar, discard the OS one and you can assemble without problems the flywheel assy.

1 small spacer for caster at front
100k diff
5mm ride height

kawahara roll bar ground half thickness if roll bar used
-1.5 camber
asscociated copper springs
shocks same as front
rear hubs cut to same hieght as mtx2 rear (some fit myx2 rear hubs) 3 degree camber change

Rubber tyres? For foam tyres, stock setup is almost perfect. Just read mine signature

Default Engine break-in

Hi guys,

I just put my new Novarossi RS12T5 S1 in my MTX-3. Can someone tell me what is the proper break-in method? Do i need to richen up high end needle from default setting.
People mention that let it idle for 3 - 7 tanks and then run slowly.

Thanks.
