but that does not mean that enthusiats cant make hop ups to improve the car (even though most of the time the difference is too small to feel)

it is all part of the fun

I know... should have coated w/ WD40 when I store it.

It sounds like to me that you stored your screwdriver away for too long,should i show you a picture of a snap on screwdriver that has been taken care of?

nah... but, I'd love to hear how the sound of the engine when tunning it right. Heard that Italian engine, Japanese engine, and Taiwan engine do sound differently. Is that true?

I had an Japanese engine scream in blardy Italian..
freak me out.. wrong tuning perhaps
