I do have problem installing my front and rear diff - mtx3
1. The O ring inside the rear diff is too tight hold the shaft and rubbing in the o ring housing. This cause my rear diff is to tight - more than my diff oil wt.
So I remove the o-ring and only use the washer as my oil stopper, any other solution guys..or is this happen to you all?:weird:

2. I damage the diff screw housing for my diff as well. To tight until the screw cap damage :cry: the rear diff screw housing. That spot is so thin. I plan to apply a gasket silicon inside the screw thread, not do that yet but maybe just replace with the new one.

Is there any aluminium diff housing for mtx3 like V1rr/Trinity have ?

You should put the o-rings back in and wait till the car is broken in before you can call it a problem. I had the same thing happen and after the car was worn in, it went away. If you have the cash, then go for the Kawahara negative diff. It has an aluminum case.

The rear blocks are A , B and C.

A = low roll center
B = Mid Roll Center
C = High roll center

C will give you the most rear bite.

Strange break :confused:

I went to practice last Fri. and as I was packing up noticed the front wheel wobbling around, I quickly took off the wheel, and it looked like the bearing was broken. I called my local dealer, who's open late, Winnners Circle, and went by and got new bearings.

When I got home to repair, I realized that my upright was broken exactly like yours.

Fast Tyres, Power Tires, or Elligi? Which do you guys like better? Have you had any long term problems using the 0 offset tires?
