Check with Cartman. He has a very well setup MTX-3 for rubber slick tires. I'm still impressed with your cut-down rear hub and the way you take pictures of your car.

Snailband access LOL!!!

My problem isn't so much snailband,it's when little pesky children trip over the phone line causing my downloads to start again!!

Now i have to wait even longer to see Surikan!!!

How do you think your rubber setup is compared to foam? Do you different shock towers?

Only reason why I ask is because rubber tires are much easier to get around me.

Thanks,

Naaah!.... anyway, this isn't a such perfect world, so some people keep running with rubbers, someday, those people will use foams.... until then, they need to mess with rubber hardness, inserts and rim types (such obscure vodoo, IMHO).

Foams are more straightforward, but not perfect. You'll gain some advantages (less mess with CA, say bye bye to tyre overheat, straightforward selection of hardness), but get another disadvantages (rollout - ugh!, uneven tyre wear on each side and others).
