Just curious that he would jeapardize the chance of ripping the belt. Or, perhaps he uses Kawahara Front belt, instead of Mugen's.

Eddie, I don't know where you got you Aluminum-pulley- phobia, but mine are holding up VERY well, no signs wahtsoever of teeth sharpening after more than 3 months.

Maybe you guys should get away from the Kawahara pulleys and try the 3Racing iones, they seems to be much better....

Maybe I have to drift away from Kawahara, have to try 3Racing now. My stock plastic pulleys have gone bad for the 2nd times.

Default collet

Hi! I just ordered the MTX-3 chassis kit and an OS .12TR engine.
I remember reading that the chassis kit does not come with
a collet. Can you recommend one I can use? OS.12TR doesn't
come with one either.

Will any of the following one work with the kit flywheel?

Trinity Cone (Collet) Sirio .12
Kyosho Tapered Collet V-One
HPI Collet 6X10mm
HPI Brass Collet w/Washer 7x5mm

I can't seem to find the mugen stock collet either.

Thanks

The kit comes with their own collet, use only the one that comes with the kit, discard any other (the one that comes in the engine too).

Default Collet

Thanks Corse-R.

And I am sorry to disappoint you for I will be running rubber tires instead of foams.
