Default Servo Horns

Ok, I think I read somewhere in this long post that the servo horns do not come with the kit you just use the ones that came with the servos, well I picked up a dynamite aluminun horn for the steering but I think its a little to long. when the wheel it turned in one direction the end of the horn hits the radio plate (towards the back of the car). So I guess my question is should the end of the horn clear the radio plate?

I hope this makes sense

Troy

So when the wheel is turned to the right the end of that horn clears the radio plate? From the picture it looks like it does, mine is a little longer. Looks like I need to get the dremel out.

when the servo horn stands at upright position, the servo horn is taller then the upper deck by a couple of mm.

I used this when I first got my mugen. It fits well. Just remember to center the flywheel to the starter wheel cause there isn't that much room for clearence.

it is too soft !! and this form bumper breaks easily.

yes 3 racing has similar foam bumper but I suggest to stick with the stock one.
