Mugen USA will have the new gears avalible this week they will in in stores by Monday.

There was someone asking for a rubber tire set up, try using the same set up as foam's with minor changes.

C block in rear
10,000 Diff oil
2.0 rear camber
1.5 front camber
firm insert in front tire
medium insert in rear tire

I think these gears should take care of any ratio problems that you have.

Kenji ran these gears at the Winter Natts this year, I noticed his car had a little more mid to top end then mine.

This is what comes in the kit 40 front 37 rears, I would suggest running the fast tires, the set up in the kit works with these tires if you choose to use another brand of tires information from Mugen regarding set up might not work as well.

Great to see you posting on this thread again Robbie!

My rubber setup is similar 'cept I use a long rear camber link.
I also jump around from using and not using the rear swaybar depending on track temps. The track gets pretty hot(140+ deg.) here in Hawaii during the summer months.

What degree do you guys use for the Fast tire? 0 degree or -2 degree? Or add a shim ?
