I am still driving my V1RR, and my serpents.
V1R do not have any overdrive if i remember correctly but the RR does..
let the guys here post about their stuff and their findings
and let not tread into their space.
anyway i read about you posting about Kyosho Drivers using serpent 2speed.... That is not possible at all......someone is pulling your leg on this

Rear drive ratio = 48T / 19T = 2.5263

Both front and rear drive ratio is exactly the same. Assuming both front and rear tires are equal in diameter (which they are if you buy them stock), how does that make 0.5 to 0.9% overdrive?
Hmmmm you are right. I did this calculation more than a year ago and found a front overdrive. I must have miscounted some pulley teeth

Wink ODR tool

download this tool, you will need it.

http://www.stsrc.com.tw/info/ratio.zip

1)download and unzip it.
2)calculate the teeth of the pulleys and edit the table.
3)than press the [SAVE] button.

Well, you can start to calculate the gear ratio for your 3-belts drive R/C cars.
