yea. I see that. No parts or cars for sale here. Zero support. Looks like a good car.

Things are a little worse at the moment since Hobbico (Tower Hobbies) lost the distribution in the USA for Hot Bodies.

I understand it is now a joint venture between AMain and Absolute Hobbyz who both don't seem to have much at the moment.

I had hoped things would improve when Neidhart S.A. took over

yea. AND neither have solid answers now on whether They will stock and order parts. They are only supporting a few chassis types. Guess I can forget this car. Neidthart will sell parts but shipping is through the roof and so is paying listed retail

Ohh that is not good news. I guess they will just concentrate on off road as that will be most of HB sales in volume.

If they were serious about on road racing they would have had drivers at Euros and ENS meets recently.

I think the HB onroad cars were a bit trashed after the split up of HPI and HB. For sure all electric drivers of the Pro-5 left

That's too bad, it looked like a decent car. The 1/10 scale looked good too. Their kits are of good quality, I wonder if TM in Taiwan is the manufacturer they use. I see some similarity to TM cars from the past. The kits packaging is similar too.

A lot of team drivers left and are now at Infinity. Adrien Bertin is still working for them but not done much driving that i am aware.

My brother and I have had the HB R10 since it was released. We both went away from it to other brands but have this year started to drive them again. It has a few teething problems like they all do, but not one option has been released or new parts developed since it was released.

Unsure who makes plastic parts, but the rest comes from a World championship winning brand from HK for both the R10 and R8.

And i think the only one still running one is Adrien Bertin...all other drivers switched a few years ago.

You might be right. I almost bought one, but it's just too risky if not getting a great deal. Even then, it may be an issue and not worth it with parts availability, etc. HB is doing a number on themselves. The distributor is slow and isn't replenishing their dealers in a timely manner. They seem to only be putting a half ass effort into off road and nothing on road.
