Hello guys,
I am new at building 1/8e cars (come from electro).
So it is pretty hard to decide how to cut a Lola body for
my new car.

Can somebody post some really clear photo's of the top of his
body so I can see how you cut it out for the fuel tank and motor ?
Same question for the side, front and rear of the car.
Just trying to get some ideas about how to cut the body.

I am going to try to do this body. So it's already more then a
challenge in itself.

Many thanks,
Spiller

The openings will vary slightly depending on the chassis/engine you have. When you buy the body, it has cut out lines, basic guides. Before painting, lay it over the car and you'll see what needs to be cut.

Lexan L-shaped body stiffners for the Protoform lolas:
Is it best to use the supplied screws, or use shoe goo?
Or not run them at all.
I know they're used to help reinforce the side panels,
but are they really necessary?

Hey my friend has that body in your icon. As for the stiffeners I don't use them. Here are the two lola's I got from my friend to have.

Is it legal NOT to have helmet on the car ?

( I have to cut the helmet because it is blocking the fuel tank ).
