It is EFRA approved. That'd be a first!

I'm talking about the 200mm versin. The front and rear window masks look like they're for 190mm. And the rear lights need to be cut to fit.
Yeah , the window stickers were a little off and the rear lights were too big due to the rear stiffener. I used liquid mask for the first time and it was great, but i had put the window stickers first, which with the liquid mask i realized I didn't have to) Next time I'll just use Liquid mask.

Nah, track was wet in the morning so i dind't go. Couldn't test the body. Summer Series starts on the 26th. Try to gather up the troops and join the fun this summer. Check the site for details.

Hi folks...

I'm racing this body in the upcoming Brazilian Nats... Anybody know where I can get info about i'ts approval from ROAR, IFMAR and/or EFRA?

Thanks in advance...

I've tested this body (3.1 200mm) a few times now and compared to Mazda6 it is much more calmer, more neutral steering and carries the speed better around corners where the Mazda often "hooked up", that's just my opinion though

Thumbs up PROTOform Stratus 3.1 Legality

The Stratus 3.1 is definitely on the EFRA "APPROVED 200mm BODIES" list and I expect it to be ROAR legal before the Nationals in mid july. The body was submitted to ROAR for approval quite a while ago, so there's no obvious reason behind the delay. I have tried to reach Bob Ingersol (ROAR Body Committee Chairman-guy) a half dozen times by phone and e-mail, with no success at all. I'll try again today. They tell me he's been "extra busy" lately.

*Side note: At the first 2 Midwest Series Races of 2005, the Stratus 3.1 was used by the winning drivers. Tom Esposito won at Mentor OH and Chris Doseck just won the Racine WI event on the weekend - both with the 3.1. Stout fields too, with name drivers and over 90 entrants each. Good work guys!

Thumbs up PROTOform Stratus 3.1

I was finally able to get in touch with Bob Ingersol last night (June 29th) and he assured me that the Stratus 3.1 #1477-00 and the Stratus 3.0 #1476-00 "Carpet" would be posted on the ROAR web site's approved body list this weekend. He also assured me that the 3.1 would definitely be legal for the upcoming ROAR Fuel Sedan Nationals in Dallas July 14-17th. Bob also appologized for the delay in updating the web site.

Amigo Bandeira,
