This is off Parisracing.com

CX12 .12 engines Slide carb:
High-speed needle: [vertical adjustment] turn in until closed [gently] then open 4 turns.

Low speed needle: [Adjustment in end of slide] turn out until flush with end of slide and linkage attachment then turn in 31/2 turns.

Mid range adjustment: [Brass screw in end of carb body] set flush, normally this is rarely adjusted!

Idle Speed: [small screw that enters side of carb body on angle] turn in until slide is held open .5mm [apx. .020 inch] or thickness of matchbook cover.

Rotary Carb:

High-speed needle: [vertical adjustment] turn in until closed [gently] then open 4 turns.

Low speed needle: [Adjustment in end of rotating barrel] turn out until flush with end of barrel and linkage attachment then turn in 3 1/2 to 3 3/4 turns.

Mid range adjustment: N/A

Idle Speed: [small screw that enters side of carb body on angle] turn in until barrel is held open .5mm [apx. .020 inch] or thickness of matchbook cover.
