Strange MTX5 Centax clutch question?
I am trying to make a NTC3 pinion fit onto a MTX5 clutchbell. This is a problem as it's standard to metric, but the fit is very close. Obviously the gear will most likely crossthread under a load.
My only thought is since the pinion does thread on the bell (but not snug) that maybe something like JB weld would work?
Anybody have any brighter ideas? And info would be greatly appreciated.
