I use the ProTek bag and use the top strap to hold it down. Tons of room, great quality kit and lasts for a long time. I have beaten the heck out of it, sit on it, holds on all my tools/ tires/ setup equip with board/ radios/ chargers/ cleaners/ sauces you name it you can stuff it in there. A hauler is close to the need category especially if you travel to larger races. Makes life easy.

I already have the racers edger hauler. But this will not fit at about 24 inches long.

I'm using one of the Mugen 1/8 scale onroad boxes for my DM-1. It will fit with the tires on, just pull the rear body mount / diffuser. Just shipped on off my cars with parts to and from the Byrons race.I also have the Truggy box, and it is just wider, so nothing really gained.

I do keep the bodies in a trash bag, which keeps the dirt / fuel out of the car and car.

I have found these on E-bay and RcTech for reasonable prices. Or talk to anyone that was running 1/8 4wd as Mugen, Kyosho and others had similar boxes.

I use this one for my GTs:

http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...g-Exposed-Wing

Its only for the car but I dont have to take anything apart just to fit it inside. I has extra room for tires and some other stuff. Another plus is that it is leak proof so no oil or dirt can get out to your cars interior.

I have used it with DM1, GT2s, Cobra, SC8, etc. Any 1/8 GT will fit inside with wheels and body on.
