I think that Mike Swauger is the man , but I would like to see Darin Ishitani on the top of the podium

Just quick update from Texas.
We were able to mesure some RPM for couple of top guys on end of straight and it is between 39000-40000 RPM, no more then that.
Just to explane-we use SpectraTach software using the sound generated by engines. That software is removing all sounds generated by drive train or other points. It is picking up only first harmonic.

From what I heard last night the track was very slippery yesterday. Cars were actually spinning out on the straight away. They sprayed sugar water and VHT then it rained then more VHT. Still not much traction.

Hopefully today will be better. And.......it's HOT!

This is the Nationals so I would hope for some activity on here pretty soon.

i cannot get into sgrid.com since they went to a new format,i had to re-register but it takes a long time to approve your account....it sux!
