I bought this chassis on eBay, which I thought was for a Nitro TC3. Well, it's a Trinity machined aluminum chassis to convert an electric TC3 to nitro. Anyone ever heard of such a thing?

Yes, it came out before the nitro TC3. I believe it was discontinued once the factory nitro car came out. It was never widely accepted.

If you decide not to build the kit PM me, I may interested in buying it for a conversation piece. We raced it for 2 years not a bad car, very fragile!.

That's the trouble, I don't have the complete conversion kit, just the chassis. I'm not sure the current NTC3 engine mounts will work with the holes drilled in the chassis either. I'll most likely just buy the NTC3 kit, and sell this piece on eBay.
