Good tip. However, how then would you add after run oil without cutting off the zip tie everytime?

I think the key is to make it tight enough to hold the air filter but not too tight so you can remove it at the end of each run and add the oil.

Share your passion or find some articles, hints and tips, etc at http://3hobby.net

Tips on finding tips there ( ) :-

1- Do a search on a topic

2- In the Main Menu click on "Stories Archives" and look my month, by news title.

3- In the Main Menu click on "Content", for reviews, tips, features etc.

4- In the Main Menu click on "Topics" and find tips that way

5- In the news posts below the Forums Center in the main page, click on the Topic icons (right hand side ones).

6- finally, contribute your own and I'll archive it for others like yourselves to find later on ...

Adding after run oil after every run is overkill. Only need to strip and add it after a full days racing. Only need to replace the zip-tie once that way. The tighter you can get it the better.

Palmaris,
Sorry that's what I meant... To rephrase, after you're done running for the day
