Default What runtime does a nitro have ?

As I'm looking into the purchase of a 1/8 nitro on road car I'm wondering what kind of runtime this kind of car has with one
full fuel tank under racing conditions ?
Same question for 1/10 nitro with .12 an .15 engines ?

This is for me one of the big advantages I see when switching from electric to nitro.

You should get anywhere from 5 minutes to as much as 8 minutes on a full tank of fuel. It depends on the engine you are running, how rich you run it, the nitro percentage, your throttle finger, etc. You can easily come in for a splash and go fuel stop, though, so you essentially are limited by the amount of fuel you bring with you and how long your receiver pack lasts.

On my RC10 GT I can get about 10 to 13 minute runtimes with. It is running a .12CVR.

I agree with 5 to 8 minutes. Though 5 to 6 is usually more like it for 1/8 scale onroad under race conditions.
