Is it a easy project to convert over? What do I need?

I think this is what would be needed.
Chassis for 1/8th scale
two chassis braces? Not for sure but would assume different lengths.
Front & Rear drive shaft from two speed - assuming both (one might be the same)

or you can look for the pieces at nitro house i would download both manuals from ofna and compare and go threw the parts lists nitrohouse is another good place to look for ofna parts as well

It is a easy conversion.. All you need is the DM1 1/8 chassis and the shorter drive shafts and chassis braces.. Everything else from the 1/7 car will go rite on.. I have done this to my wife's car that was once my car
