Crono has the RS03 which is a buggy-based (shaft driven) rally car, and they have their SP9 which is belt-driven, similar to the BMT. We'll be importing Crono into the States (Canada & Mexico, too). Our focus is more on the offroad side of things, but if anyone was interested, it wouldn't be too hard to get some Rally cars. Radiosistemi also sells/oem's Deltaplastik bodies, IIRC.

I hope the best for BMT. I've had 20-30 different 1/8th cars made by them over the years. I used to restore them and love the brand. They need to go back to the fluorescent green parts though.

Default corono rally game

this is my vintage crono rally game team, i purchased it in a lot it was new in box but i coulnt help myself so i built it. quality kit but i got the "onroad/rally game" and it came stock with a plastic spur gear. I have not ran it yet due to the fear of stripping out the plastic spur gear. I have read the offroad kit came stock with the steel spur gear.

any chance of knowing where to locate a steel spur for this beast?

Yes the green is the eye candy in my opinion, i really dint like the 95r and pantera's grey plastic i liked the 891's black plastic "easier to clean LOL"

There is a Active 95R,891,892, and a serpent 950 and impact challenger 2000. i also have a excell mk2 not in pictures.

any help would be appreciated. Jesse

Default Crono Rallye

'Automatic' question when seeing 'new' prospect for GT8 class......is that a 'flat chassis' or does it have 'kickup'????? I love that it appears to be a 'short' chassis. We can stuff a 2 speed in almost anything.

The Crono Rallye gets my interest. I have only seen the BMT beltdrive cars on 'hard rail' courses where the drivers....though 'skilled', couldn't avoid breaking them more easily than our other GT8 cars. I would imagine they would fair a lot better on a 'European' style track and I hope they do get a foothold and add to the competition.....but 'apples to apples'.

It is actually the flat chassis. if you use a 15 tooth clutch bell there should be no need for a 2 speed, i plan on using it on a dirt/grass/concrete short course . i have a ofna dtm 1 and use it as a rally car also but it doesnt have the suspension of the crono, im considering converting one of my JQ buggy's into a short course Rally Car... ill post pictures.. cheers, jesse

Oooooooo, flat chassis......I would love to see how that would turn in a GT8 setup.

@ Jspeed

The rear tyres on the BMT 011 GT picture seem to be wider thean the front ones,
or is it only an impression caused by the photo ?
