DIY engine porting?
 
i want to get some more power out of my motor and was thinking about doing some porting.is there a web site that has a rough step by step guide? has anyone had a play doing this stuff before?i'd love to give it ago myself,but i'm a little scared :p but i will do it:lol:

i have friends who have tried, and i also have friends with engines that are ruined. if you are going to try for first time, use an old engine that is no longer good is my advice. they mod with a dremel with a special bit.

it's very disappointing to ruin a running motor just to make it faster. let the pros do it. they know what they're doing and the motor will sure be fast. there is no one mod for a motor because every motor is different. i suggest you check out www.rbmods.net they can modify your motor or you can buy a premodded brand new motor also.
