ive seen a few posts about the v1s but nothing about it looks too special.

what are the tanks at your local tracks?

every and each car has its owns weaknesses....as for the v1s its tough except for the 2 speed is a pain.

although i do not own a kyosho but from my observation 'durable wise' i think they r the toughest.... for 1/10 gp....

Mugen, Kyosho, HPI, and Serpent are all pretty durable.

on my track the ratio of damage other things being equal is 3 to 1 more damage to the serpent than the mugen and with the tc3 is 5 to 1, specially the fuel tank, one hit on the pipe, bye bye tank

I would have to agree with Seisick on that. I must have been lucky, in 5 months of racing I never broke a tank on my NTC3. Broke lots of front uprights and bent about a million pillow balls and front cvds.... took about a dozen or so one way gears, but no tanks...

i'm also havin it for almost 10 months now...so far everything ok...except maybe the all the axle ball bearing should be change......and i bought it used....
