Really Need!

Ok so i ran my NTC3 for the first time, it ran great, then in the middle after like 30 minutes of a run it just kind of died out on me...

I opened it up, and the glow plug was shattered, burnt black...Now i brought it to a shop and got new i guess you call em "short" glow plugs...

Now i put it in, it starts up but when i press the gas (the controller) to go, it just like turns off like right away...i dont know whats wrong...Now after multiple tries i noticed the end of my glow plug in there now is black.. like the end of the coil..is that supposed to happen?

Also, what do you think is wrong? Is it the glow plug or something else? Is there a speed your supposed to pull it at cuz after it was having trouble there, i noticed it started to get tougher to pull... I dont know what the deal is...and im a noob. PLEASE HELP

Sounds like you didn't break-in your motor properly.

It could be that the shop has supplied you with a different temperature plug to what you were running and this has changed the tune.
Unless youre comfortable with tuning the engine, I`d suggest to pop it into the shop and ask them to take a look at it.
Cheers
