Ok. So it was SG. So for credit due both companies are one operation. SG stopped due to a little unforeseen problem facing its owners and when things had been cleared up they reformed under the name BMT.

Ive never raced that BMT...I fire it up every once in a while and run it down the street...the 3-speed is just too cool.

Im getting into racing my 1/8 integras now.

As for parts, My company will be producing parts to fit to allow people to run the BMT cars again. Maybe it will intice Sabbatini to start producing the cars again under the Thunder Tiger name
Yes, the 95R active car was advanced too. I wish I could find one...There was one at my LHS a while back with the original grey parts...I waited too long and it was gone.

Modellor, that would be awsome to get those parts made!!

Yeah, I raced a 911 in 1991. Great cars for Off-road. Handled well and easy to set up compared to some of the other cars at the time.

Yeah, if my memory serves me correctly, the Black One as it is aptly named was first released in 1993 to try making the SG name reappear. If I can remember correctly (thats 10yrs ago now. lol) SG (Sabbatini/Georgetti) was bought out by Mantua when Sabbatini was shall we say non-communicado with the rest of the world. So on his return he set up BMT so effectively all three manufacturers are connected by the same persons original design.

hey bud, I saw that pic of your 931 you posted earlier in the thread... I notice you have a Top .15 that looks alot like my top .21 (same cooling head) do you know how old it is? Is it turbo? how many ports?

Ive been trying to find info on my motor for forever. It isnt a turbo motor..but its still hella fast.

as for the speed grip... I have no idea, maybe you can contact Mike Queller at speedline about it.

Close but..... the engine I have on that 931 you saw which I posted is an honest to God, Paris Racing Novarossi CX-15P. It's a ROAR/EFRA 3-port engine, the paperwork that came with it gives the manufacture date of 2001 and the actual document itself is dated 5/3/01. I know what your saying when it comes to ID'ing the cyl heads, I've seen that same head on some Nova 21's that come from the factory like that. The only diff between them and the one on my engine is that the 21's usually have a laser etched letters/numbers to determine the engine model, while the head I have has no markings. This is the 3rd CX-15 I've purchased over the years and it is the 3rd style and color head I've received.

Oh BTW....... I found the speed grip sheet I was looking for

Take 'ER easy.
