Drop Speedline a call, I'll bet Mike still has parts somewhere for those cars!

It would appear that BMT have reopened their doors again. But they have been shut down for several years. I hope they release a new 1:8th on-road and a new 4WD 235mm car.

Speedline does have a large collection of older BMT parts available in stock.

That would be awsome if BMT returned to the 1/8 scene again...just like the old days...BMT dominating the world championship series....that was like '91-'92.

Yeah. They dominated the Europeans and the Worlds from 89 to 97 before A. Bertin won with Mugen.

I really hope they do come back. I know what I would be running

I want to rig up a centax clutch set-up for the 3-speed. I think it might be possible, I'll take the whole centax with a threaded clutchbell, then find clutchbell gears able to fit on it. that will be a challenge, but its far better than the BMT 4-shoe clutch set-up.

OK, BMT are not operational again. This is just a marketing ploy by one of the Italian companies that own the BMT name now to sell their rally game car.

From my understanding there will not be any other cars released for 1:8th or 235mm, etc.

I've been under the impression that BMT has been gone for a while now myself. It was mentioned that Speedline has parts still available, and yes this is true, I picked up some things from him last spring/summer. Mike Q. still rules over there and he's a heck of a nice guy to boot.
