Personally i feel that the 4 is as good as the RRR in terms on cornering speed or maybe better.. but i am abit biased so..

it's the driver..not the car..... and a wee bit bias....

Yeah, if I can't afford MTX4, I take RRR WC as cheaper alternative.

Vinyard, you have mtx4 right ? Do you happy with it ? rate it 1 to 10, 10 means very satisfied.

Mike's answer:
This is what Mugen Japan told us then. Whwn we recieved final prices the price has changed. This is not only in the US but in Europe too.

Does anyone have a roller weight of the MTX-4? And of the MTX-3 too.

I got my MTX-4 in the mail today...mmmmmmmmm. The first thing that struck me was how narrow the chassis looks. I didn't hold it up to my Prospec but it seems narrow. I know looks does not make a fast car but the 4 looks good. To me the 3 looked a little....haaaa.....well....stocky. But, this car has the aesthetic proportions. If it runs even a small amount better than my Prospec, I will be super happy. I ran my Prospec for the first time yesterday at BIG track in Cincinatti OH. I could not believe how well it ran out the the box. My Kyosho RR Evo's took half a season to get drivable fast! I have a RRR too that I am going to let one of my daughters run. Should be an interesting next race.

Default Options for the MTX-4?????

Hope someone can help.

I've been reading through the forum with a lot of going back and forth on option parts for the MTX-4. It's a bit confusing.

I'm looking for

- Front CVDs
- Rear CVDs
- Single Piece Engine Mount
- Vented Disc Brakes
- Long lasting brake pads
- Titanium Steering rods
- Lightened centre shaft
- Aluminium centre bearing block
- Does the MTX-3 Pdub bumper fit the MTX-4???

Can anyone guide me on these parts? Can I get them from Mugen or other makers? I'm new to Mugen so I'm not sure who makes good stuff and who doesn't.

Thanks in advance.

I got my MTX-4 from rc-union.com. It was 350.00 and 29.00 shipping. I ordered it on Oct 8th.
