even if you grease so much to 1st one way bearing or 2nd gear bearing, If the gear mesh are not properly aligned, the stripping problem will be there.

Watch carefully the clutchbell could be touching 2nd spur gear ( usually happen when spur gear and pinion gear are worn out ).

The 2nd spur gear could be touching the engine brace ( the plastic part that connect rear bulkhead to upper deck ).

If the 2nd spur gear is touching the engine brace, how can I fix that? If I shim it, would it have a performance impact?? Because I do notice that it does touch barely.

taking the shims out of the front upper arms it would increase the steering and make the rollovers worse

You can dremel / take off some plastics from the brace where it touches.

or

You can use 0.2mm shim in place between bearing and the pin on the main shaft pulley . ( check your main shaft bearings and rear diff bearings for smooth operation. they need more frequent maintenance ).

Beef up the rear bulkheads & engine mounting with longer screws.

Hi guys!
The bearing in my 2nd gear housing wobbles. Do I need to change the whole 2nd gear housing? Can I just change the bearing in the 2nd gear housing?
Your feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks!
