Naaaah! don't scare about it... just assure yourself you're ordering the new (H0139-B). Well... Mugen this time did their homework well and assigned another part number to the new piece rather than using the old one and assume it as a running change.

Did it with the old MRX4 front upper arms and caused some kind of confusion (some were straight - new ones and some were curved - old ones). If want more info, bug us on the MRX-4 or the 4R thread and will answer you, here we're in a blatant off-topic.

i'm assuming by overdrive you mean the 24 tooth pulley?
i run the 24 tooth and have'nt had the belt come off yet, but had that happen from time to time on my g4 when running the smaller pulley with the standard length belt

are the mtx3 side belts the same size as the mtx4 ones to be able to use the shorter one with the 24t?

The only time I have had the belt "come off," was when the pipe got bent into it. I have had 1 snap on me as well. Other than that, I have not had any problems with the stock belt and the 24t pulley. I wont run anything else.

Anyone interested in buying an MTX-4? I am selling mine. It will be sold with the basic rolling chassis. I just went through the whole car and added stainless screws. It has a 5mm rear shock tower, new belts(1 race) shocks just cleaned and tuned, Kawahara 3mm chassis. The only catch is that it has a crack in the radio tray back between the throttle servo and the fuel tank. I will be buying a new kit before the Winternats(hopefully the R or Prospec version) so I will be keeping my spare parts and hop-ups. I went through, cleaned or replaced all bearings, cleaned every part of the car. It looks like new. I would like to get $250 for it. Thanks, Joe Cude.

The "Racer Spotlight" interview with Jaime Corrado, winner of this year's Great Lakes Challenge, has been posted at the MTX-4 Knowledge Base.

Non-metallic brake disc? Haven't seen one like that around. Maybe it's a custom job. Where did you get the photo?

I don't think that's a good idea on the car. It's too thick and it will degfinitely hit the carb.

The Mugen ventalated brake disc fits so this one should fit as well, you can always rotate the carb for more clearence.

I use the MRX4 brake disk on my MTX4 as well, you need to use a little bit longer screws to hold the brake pads to the bulkhead though. I like this disk in combo with the teflon brake pads.
