I think mugen are busy with the 1/8th world champs to worry about the release of the mtx4 at the moment.

Congrats to Ron C. on another TQ & win. at revalation raceway. The turn out on this race was low but he still managed to put down from what I was told is a track record.

So that makes Ron 3 for 3 since making the jump to mugen.
1st annual nitro challenge
region 12 champion
and club race.

congrats. looks like mugen and Ron makes for a good combo.

I also asked him that question and he's respond jokingly, they work like a team and thier the coolest. Joking aside, he said it was time for a change and since he used to drive a mugen he felt that it would be the best choice for him.

So far the switch has paid off for him in wins. I think it was just better since he was actually being helped more by the mugen guys with suggestions on travel races.

I'll add a bit to that.

Ron used to be the only Kyosho sponsored driver at our track, whereas there were MANY Mugen sponsored drivers. Now that Ron is with Mugen, we have no Kyosho drivers regularily races at our track.

I think Mugen places a greater emphasis on the local racing level and Kyosho only concentrates on winning the big ones.

If so, mugen should also do well in big ones since they have so much experience on local racing level.

Bottom line is all the cars are capable in winning.. just the right time, the right driver.. the right combination.. a little stroke of luck
