frist try to tighten up your 2-speed first . i dont think its you clutch but you can adjust your clutch with the motor still in your car.

To change the clutch in the car: There is a small hole just inboard of the 2nd gear pinion. You need to find a small L wrench that will fit in the hole and also key into the clutch nut. Once you do this, turn it until it hits something and then just turn the flywheel to either tighten or loosen the clutch nut.

You may have problems with both your 2-speed and your clutch.

The 2 speed is centrifugal and if the clutch doesn't engage right it won't change the 2-speed. If you think about it the 2 speed doesn't turn unless the spur gears turn. The spurs won't turn unless the clutch bell is turning, and the clutch bell won't turn if the clutch doesn't engage. I would work on getting a good launch of the car (clutch) and then get the 2-speed set. Obviously if the 2 speed shifts way too early then the car will not have good pull out of the corners as it will be in the wrong gear. Keep plugging away and it will be OK. If you are having an occasional problem with the rpm going way up before the clutch engages it could be the one way, or the shaft it rides on. I would work on the clutch and 2-speed first however.

The Mugen 4mm chasis hits with the crankcase of Sirios, needs to be milled to clear out things.

Im running a STI in my MTX-4 with the Mugen 4mm Chassis. No clearance issues at all. Im running the engine mounts from the MTX-3 Prospec though so that may be the difference

That will allow the rear wheels to counter rotate easier. This will lock down the rear end a little better.

Mugen 4mm optional chassis is milled out and 3Racing 4mm chassis is not.

Where can I find a Carbon Fiber Battery Tray and a blade adjustable rear roll bar? I know 3Racing makes them but I dont really want to order from overseas (rc-mart).
