All my thrust bearings are routinely cleaned with brake cleaner and slightly greased with a suitable grease (I still use a 1Lb tube I bought from Ron Paris Green grease when still he was alive, but sometimes I used with success the white joint grease from mugen without problems).

All of the ones that I have, I got from Robbie Collins last year. Try giving Mugen USA a call. They should be able to point you in the right direction.

I don't think Mugen is going to be able to assist you in this case. I think you are going to have to wait until the GRP distributor(s) get their shipments. In the USA, Tower Hobbies is supposed to be getting their tires any day now.

Default GRP sedan tires

I'm not sure of these are the only sedan foams that GRP will make but I have some of the new GRP sedan foams and they do not have the "Mugen" offset. These tires make my car 2 mm narrower when the car is set up for the old Fast tires.

regarding tires, I use o degree jacos with a shim between the bearing and the pin, they will give you the offset you desire according to the dimension of the shim, 5x8x.5mm for instance, they work perfect on my mtx4 with plastic hexes. had to do it once i ran out of fast tires.

Slo, got to do a lot of testing in Racing WI this weekend. Here's a great set-up for slick tracks. Tire wear was really high at this track. .7-1.2mm of wear for a 5min Q. I wish I had this set-up in the first Q. But by the 4th, it was really easy to drive fast.

-37s front tires / 59-60mm
-40s front tires / rear 61-62mm
(if you run a 5min Qs go to a 1-1.5mm split - round off edge of tire)

-caster clips: all in back of front upper arm
-1.5mm shims under front upper arms

-rear bottom hinge pins in middle hole

-front ride height: 4.5mm
-rear ride height: 5-5.5mm

-50k front diff
-30k rear diff

-front shocks: standing up
-rear shocks: second from the top hole

-front springs: light blue
-rear springs: light blue

-front droop: 2mm over ride height
-rear droop: 3mm over ride height

-front toe out: -1*
-rear toe in: 3*

-front camber: 2*
-rear camber: 3*

David Williams of Mugen ran purples with 500wt all around. He and Ira looked wicked fast under the conditions we had this weekend.

When you put the rear or front toe are you saying total toe was 3* or 3* on each side?

for a low bite track, 3* per side is common. I am assuming that it is 3* per side.
