Well Jim I am sure learned alot from Ron so that should prove to be an excellent way to go. I like to try Muran, wrote to him a couple of times and seems to be a sraight shooter also. He also has had some excellent success as well.

wonder if there will be any changes to the one way, like on the serpent, there you quikly can put in two pinns and make a stiff axel. In case of quick setup change for rainy wheater,

or is there some place you can get a stiff axel for the MTX3

Default Question for Mike S. or Robbie C.

Why is that a left chassis brace (across manifold) was never implemented on MTX-3 and neither on MTX-4? I know there's no need to make the car more durable nor make it handle better, but is there any other reason behind it? Thanks.

No need as the engine itself serves as a chassis stiffner between the radio tray and the rear bulkhead

but the engine is not connected neither to the tray nor to the bulkhead. It would be nice to see another brace, help stiffens the chassis (if needed). You could always remove it, if you don't want it (3rd person point of view). I think some flex is very helpful on less traction and bumpy track; but w/ lots of traction and smooth track.... I could only assume... Maybe some people with more experience on these could help out.....

by the way, the reason I asked this question is that, the serpent 710, kyosho v1rrr (not sure), and RDL mongoose - all have left & right stiffener (MTX3-4 has right side only, but we all know that already )...

V1RRR does not have a left brace.

I hope this car has a one piece engine mount.

One peice > Two piece.

The MRX-4 has a hopup for it at least.
